The Pennsylvania gubernatorial race is tied

Mark Kilmer at Redstate says the latest poll from Strategic Vision is out -- 1200 likely voters in Pennsylvania, aged 18+, and conducted March 10-12 – and this race is tied: Governor Ed Rendell – 44%, Republican Lynn Swann – 44%, with an error margin of plus or minus three.

Rendell's performance approval rating is still below 50%, at 46%, with 36% disapproving. Over half of those surveyed, 51%, had a favorable opinion of Swann, with 26% thinking poorly of the man.
